•Splenectomy,

•Liver mobilization/packing
•Exposure of femoral, Iliac, Popliteal Vessels
•Major Vascular Lower Body Injury
•Kocherisation, Pancreatic injury
•RtoL Visceral Medial rotation/ IVC Repair
•LtoR Visceral Medial rotation; renal repair and nephrectomy
