Who we are
The Dukes’ Club is a sister organisation of the Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain and Ireland (ACPGBI). Our membership is made up of ACPGBI trainee associate members who automatically become members of The Dukes’ Club when they join ACPGBI.
Members join The Dukes’ Club via www.acpgbi.org.uk and the information you provide there is covered by the ACPGBI’s Privacy Policy.
This website is a service provided by The Dukes’ Club in addition to the services provided by ACPGBI.

We may share your information with the ACPGBI. We will only do this with your consent.
How do we keep your information secure?
This website is hosted on secure servers in the UK and access to member data is restricted only to office holders with the appropriate remit and appropriate contractors.
Back-ups of the website are held on the premises of the website developer on an encrypted hard disk drive.
Retention and deletion of personal data
Once a Dukes’ member’s CCT date has passed, we aim to delete the personal data associated with their membership from this website within three months.
Former members can still sign up for our e-newsletters and contact us via the website, in the same way as other website visitors.
All website users can request their personal data held on this website, and ask for it to be deleted. We aim to carry out these requests within one month.
Marketing and communications
When you register on this website you can choose to join our mailing list at that point, or later from your account. You can opt out of our mailing list from your account, or via one of our e-newsletters.
